• Applicants from all countries in the world can apply for this scholarship in Turkey.
• For master’s programs conducted in English and all Ph.D. programs (offered in both English and Turkish), proof of English language proficiency is mandatory.
• If applicants do not possess a valid English language qualification that meets EMU’s requirements, their English proficiency level will be assessed through an examination conducted by EMU.
• Those applying for a PhD program must have a Master’s degree.
• Eligible candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 or its equivalent.
